Privacy Policy
Sentinel processes account, workspace, and connected-platform data to provide and secure its AI social operations service. For organization workspaces, the organization generally controls workspace content and Sentinel processes it under the customer’s instructions.
Who controls your data
The Sentinel contracting entity identified on your order form, checkout page, or invoice is responsible for controller activities such as account administration, billing, security, and product operations. For organization workspaces, the customer organization decides why and how workspace data is processed and should direct workspace-content requests to its owner or administrator.
Data Sentinel processes
Depending on the features used, Sentinel processes account and organization details, brand and audience settings, prompts and generated content, posts and approvals, connected-platform identifiers and permissions, publishing results, comments and messages enabled by a connection, engagement metrics, support requests, usage logs, and billing records. Sentinel does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers.
How connected Instagram data is used
When you connect an Instagram professional account, Sentinel uses the permissions you grant to identify the account and provide enabled features such as publishing, comment management, messaging, and related account workflows. Access depends on your account type, permissions, plan, and Meta platform rules. You can disconnect the account in Sentinel or revoke access through Instagram account settings.
Sharing, security, and retention
Sentinel shares the minimum data reasonably needed with configured social, identity, payment, AI, and infrastructure providers to provide the service, as described in the customer agreement and applicable settings. Sentinel uses access controls, credential protections, encryption in transit, logging, tenant controls, and provider-managed encryption at rest. Data is retained as needed for service, customer instructions, security, disputes, legal compliance, accounting, and backup rotation.
Privacy and deletion requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain information about personal data. Sign in and submit a privacy or account-deletion request through Sentinel Support. Organization owners or administrators must submit requests affecting their workspaces. See the Data Deletion Instructions page for the steps and connected-account details. Sentinel may verify identity and authority before processing a request.

For the complete Privacy Policy, data-processing terms, and additional information about cookies, international transfers, automated workflows, and legal rights, use the Privacy Policy page in Sentinel.
