Accounts and organizations

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify Sentinel of suspected compromise. If you use Sentinel for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Organization owners and administrators control membership, roles, connected accounts, automation settings, data access, billing, and deletion requests.

Service and connected platforms

Sentinel provides the features available under your plan and configuration. Social platform access depends on the account type, granted permissions, provider APIs, and current platform rules. You must authorize Sentinel to access a connected account and may revoke that access through Sentinel or the provider. Platform capabilities and availability may change.

Content and automation

You are responsible for Customer Content, required notices and permissions, and compliance with law and platform policies. Configure roles, approval gates, budgets, and automation settings appropriate to your use. Review and approve any output where required by your policies; AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable without review.

Subscriptions, termination, and requests

Plans, prices, usage limits, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and refunds are described at checkout and in the applicable order terms. You may submit billing, privacy, export, or account-deletion requests through Support. At the end of service, eligible data is deleted or returned under the customer agreement and applicable law, subject to required records and backup rotation.
